At Spino, customer satisfaction and product safety are extremely important to us. Due to the hygienic nature of skincare, cosmetic, and personal care products, our return policy complies with the principles of the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 and standard health and safety practices applicable to cosmetic products.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is unused and unopened
  • The product remains in its original packaging and condition
  • The safety seal and packaging are intact
  • The product is suitable for resale
  • Proof of purchase is provided

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic, skincare, haircare, or personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products
  • Used products
  • Products with damaged or removed seals
  • Products not in their original packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Promotional, clearance, or final sale items where clearly indicated

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • A description of the problem

After reviewing the case, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • A refund, where applicable

Customers may also have additional rights regarding defective products under the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions regarding the return procedure.


5. Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will bear the reasonable shipping costs associated with the return or replacement.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Please allow up to [7–14] business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or bank processing times.

If the returned product does not meet the conditions stated in this policy, the return may be rejected and the product may be sent back to the customer.
